These rates are correct at the time of publishing but may vary due to demand, special events, public and school holidays.
In order to confirm your reservation a 50% deposit is taken from your credit card with the balance taken on the day of arrival. We accept cash, credit card, direct bank account credit and cheques by prior arrangement.
Our detailed cancellation policy is stated on your reservation confirmation which you recieve upon payment of 50% deposit.
Generally our refund policy is a $30.00 administration charge and 3% credit card charge, if applicable, when cancelling before 14 days of arrival.
- Cancellation within 14 days of arrival - 50% deposit is forfeited.
- In the event of a no-show on the day of arrival all guests will forfeit the deposit and 50% balance owing on the reservation.
- No refunds are given for early depatures once you have arrived at the hotel.
- Please note : the reservation confirmation details take precedence in the event of cancellation.
- We strongly recommend that travel insurance is taken out to protect against unforeseen events causing cancellation of your reservation.
Check in time 2 pm and check out at 10 am. If you are arriving outside office hours please notify arrival time and we will advise after hours check in proceedure.
