These rates are correct at the time of publishing but may vary due to demand, special events, public and school holidays.

In order to confirm your reservation a 50% deposit is required with balance on arrival. We accept cash, credit card, direct bank account credit and cheques by prior arrangement.

Our detailed cancellation policy is stated on your reservation confirmation which you recieve upon payment of 50% deposit.

Generally our refund policy is a $30.00 administration charge and 3% credit card charge if applicable if cancelling before 14 days. Cancellation less than 14 days the 50% deposit is forfeited. Please note the reservation confirmation details take precedence in the event of cancellation. We strongly recommend that travel insurance is taken out to protect against unforeseen events causing cancellation of your reservation.

Check in time 2 pm and check out at 10 am . If you are arriving outside office hours please notify arrival time and we will advise after hours check in proceedure.
